Preform

Blowing

Mould
- Mould Cooling - Technopet cooling design for glassy bottle look and strength.
- Mould Movement - Half part of the mould with full bottom portion is fixed in its final blowing position and only other half part of mould move so very easy to align stretch rod with mould center for getting uniform wall thickness and thereby reduction in bottle weight.
- Mould Changing - Since this is top blowing machine ( bottle blow in neck up direction) only 2 feet lift of mould is require for mounting. Mould changing will take 10 minutes and bottle setting will take 5 minutes so total 15 minutes to change product.
Ejector
Bottle Ejection System - Automatic bottle ejection is done with just 40 mm one half mould opening reduces power need and blow cycle time
